Shishaldin April 1999 eruption - amplitude data
-
RMS counts
data show that SSLN was badly clipped, SSLS died on April 19 & WTUG died on April 23.
-
Absolute Displacement
data suggest tremor amplitude decayed more rapidly than 1/sqrt(r) suggesting tremor waves are not far field surface waves.
-
Reduced Displacement
data show that max Drs on April 19 was ~30 cm^2, equivalent to a max Dr of ~80 cm^2. Max Drs on April 23 was ~48 cm^2, equivalent to a max Dr of ~130 cm^2.
- Closer examination of Drs sequences for April 19 and April 23.
